  1. We remove the stem from the cabbage and disassemble it into small inflorescences.
  2. Thinly chop the onion, garlic and ginger root. We mix everything with cabbage, add apple cider vinegar, salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat oil with Korean seasoning for 2-3 minutes. Water our salad, mix and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy your meal!
