- Rub 1.5 kg of carrots on a grater for Korean carrots.
- Add 1 tbsp of salt and coriander, 1 tsp of black pepper, 2 tablespoon 9% vinegar, mix thoroughly and mash hands.
- We squeeze one head of garlic in the press and put it on top on a carrot, do not mix.
- We fry one large onion coarsely chopped in 70 ml. vegetable oil until golden brown.
- We remove the onions, and pour the boiling oil directly onto the garlic.
- Once again, carefully mix with your hands and mash the carrots.
- Put the press on top, cover and put in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
