  1. Rub 1.5 kg of carrots on a grater for Korean carrots.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of salt and coriander, 1 tsp of black pepper, 2 tablespoon 9% vinegar, mix thoroughly and mash hands.
  3. We squeeze one head of garlic in the press and put it on top on a carrot, do not mix.
  4. We fry one large onion coarsely chopped in 70 ml. vegetable oil until golden brown.
  5. We remove the onions, and pour the boiling oil directly onto the garlic.
  6. Once again, carefully mix with your hands and mash the carrots.
  7. Put the press on top, cover and put in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
