- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Wash carrots, clean and rub on a special grater on long, thin straws.
- Wash my cucumber on the same grater as carrots.
- For dressing, we mix grated fresh ginger, a clove of garlic, seasoning, vegetable oil and soy sauce.
- Dress the salad with the resulting dressing, mix and give to insist. Better to leave the salad overnight, so carrots and cucumber absorb the dressing, and the taste will be brighter and richer.
