  • 4 large heads cut into thin half rings shallots
  • 1 large, cut in half and sliced into thin slices stalk of leek
  • 1 bunch coarsely chopped kale cabbage (stalks removed)
  • 1 peeled and coarsely chopped Peking forks cabbage
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 Art. chopped green onion tops

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut the potatoes and steam them until soft. Put it in a still hot pot and add 1/4 tbsp. butter, milk, coarse salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Explain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining butter. Put shallots and leeks. Saute while they don’t start to get soft.
