  1. Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil finely chopped onions and carrots in cubes.
  2. Next, put the fillet, cut into small pieces and simmer all together for ten minutes.
  3. Add peeled peppers and kohlrabi, also diced, stir and simmer another five minutes.
  4. Add finely chopped tomatoes, slightly salt and pepper, stir well and remove from heat after five minutes.
  5. Serve stewed vegetables, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions.
