  1. Wash Beijing cabbage, take it apart on leaves.

  2. Fold the leaves in a container, pouring with salt, gently knead. Close the container with a lid, shake it vigorously so that the leaves better salted. Leave at room temperature for 6 hours.
  3. Prepare a dressing for cabbage. For this, garlic and peppers skip through the meat grinder. Kimchi

  5. Mix the scrolled peppers with onions, ginger, sugar, 1 tsp. salt, fish sauce and ground pepper. Stir everything thoroughly.
