- Wash Beijing cabbage, take it apart on leaves.
- Fold the leaves in a container, pouring with salt, gently knead. Close the container with a lid, shake it vigorously so that the leaves better salted. Leave at room temperature for 6 hours.
- Prepare a dressing for cabbage. For this, garlic and peppers skip through the meat grinder.
- Chives chop finely.
- Mix the scrolled peppers with onions, ginger, sugar, 1 tsp. salt, fish sauce and ground pepper. Stir everything thoroughly.
- Rinse cabbage leaves in water, squeeze. Smear each sheet refueling.
- Fold in a jar, stuffing it with cabbage tightly, stand for 3 days at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator.
