  1. Using your hands or in a mixer bowl, mix the eggs with salt (1 tsp), pour warm water (1.5 cups), pour the flour in portions and Knead a thick dough. We form a ball and leave it covered on the table.

  2. Onions, garlic, parsley, cilantro finely chopped and send to the prepared pork minced meat, add ground cumin, pepper, salt and mix.

  3. Roll out the dough for khinkali in a thin layer and cut it out with a glass circles with a diameter of 10 cm.

  4. On the prepared circles, spread the filling (1 tbsp each), we collect the edges of the dough and connect, on top of the dough you can mold leave as a “flower”.

  5. We send ready-made khinkali to boiling broth or water and cook 3-4 minutes after they pop up.

  6. Juicy flavored khinkali served hot with your favorite sauces and vegetable salads.
