Let’s cook a dish of Georgian cuisine at home – khinkali with aromatic minced pork stuffing with the addition of ground cumin, fresh parsley and cilantro. Delicious khinkali served with fresh herbs and vegetables.

Using your hands or in a mixer bowl, mix the eggs with salt (1 tsp), pour warm water (1.5 cups), pour the flour in portions and Knead a thick dough. We form a ball and leave it covered on the table.

Onions, garlic, parsley, cilantro finely chopped and send to the prepared pork minced meat, add ground cumin, pepper, salt and mix.

Roll out the dough for khinkali in a thin layer and cut it out with a glass circles with a diameter of 10 cm.
