Difficulty: easy in recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2/3 Art. kefir
  • 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped onion chives
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp. chopped lettuce

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix kefir, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, salt, in a salad bowl, Dijon mustard, onion – chives and garlic, pepper taste.Mix some kefir dressing with salad – lettuce. Keep the remaining filling in the refrigerator.
