Kebabs with mushrooms and pickles

In the preparation of these kebabs, different types of mushrooms are used, in ideally forest, which fill the dish with its fabulous aroma. They put on skewers with peppadu pickled peppers (South African cherry-like variety) fried in grilled and watered with a delicious dressing of olive oil with chopped fresh parsley and grilled green onions. Recipe:

Mix 340 gr. assorted cropped mushrooms with olive oil, salt and black pepper. Put them on 4 skewers, alternating with pickled peppadoes. Grill over medium heat, turning, until tender, 10-12 minutes. Grill 4 feathers green onions, then chop and mix with 3 tbsp. l olive oil, 3 tbsp. l chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar and 1 tbsp. l chopped pickled peppados. Pour kebabs dressing.
