Incredibly delicious recipe for mini skewers of turkey with bacon. Barbecue is obtained from stuffed rolls of bacon and turkey. BUT we make the filling from stewed vegetables and pickles. It turns out a delicious dish that can be prepared at home on grill pan!

  1. Turkey fillet must be cut into thin and long strips (about 10 cm long and 4 wide). Put the meat in deep a bowl where you need to pour seasoning for grilled dishes, pour a few tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice. Set the bowl aside to the side.

  2. Chop the garlic vigorously or grate it. Chopped onion straws, and cucumbers – into 8 parts. Zucchini peeled seeds and chop it in the same pieces as the cucumbers.

  3. Put the pan on the fire, add a few spoons vegetable oil. Fry on it garlic, onions and add no heavily chopped kale cabbage. Fry everything until cabbage will change its color. Add a few tablespoons of water to the pan, cover it and simmer the cabbage with garlic until all water will evaporate.

  4. Put a strip of bacon on the table and a piece of turkey on it fillet, on which toasted fried cabbage with garlic and onions, and also a slice of cucumber. Wrap everything with a roll.

  5. Put zucchini in a small plate and mix it with a small the amount of seasoning and oil.

  6. To put turkey kebab on a skewer, then zucchini, and then again barbecue. Fry everything on a grill in a pan or barbecue. The dish can bring to readiness in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
