Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 bunch of kale cabbage, without stems, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, grated

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced in very thin rings
  • 1 slice of crispy bacon and chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l with a slide of mayonnaise

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the cabbage in the salad bowl. Stir with carrots, orange juice, lemon juice and salt, flexing hands to cabbage soaked in sour juice. Let the cabbage infuse in for a few minutes while you scald the onion.
