  1. Grind the chicken fillet into pieces. The smaller they are, the tastier and a tender dish.

  2. Fry the meat in a pan with diced onions.

  3. Add chopped greens and tomato paste.

  4. Add the filling to the shells, put them in a pan and pour water so that it does not completely hide pasta.

  5. Simmer under the lid for 25 minutes.

  6. Add finely grated cheese to each shell and simmer another 5 minutes under the cover.
