And in a slow cooker homemade lasagna will turn out even juicier than with the traditional method of preparation.   1. Chop the onion finely. Grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Scald tomatoes, peel, finely chop. In the pan with vegetables add tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir. Cook 5 minutes.
  3. Stuffing add to vegetables. Fry until tender. Salt pepper, add spices. Remove from heat.
  4. Finely chop the greens. Add to minced meat.
  5. When the minced meat has cooled slightly, add sour cream. Good mix.
  6. Grate the cheese.
  7. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stirring constantly add flour and pour milk. Add spices. On a small fire cook until the sauce thickens. Pour in half the grated cheese. Stir well. Remove from heat.
  8. From pita bread, cut circles along the diameter of the multicooker bowl.
  9. Cover the bottom and walls of the multicooker with cling film.
  10. Put pita bread on the bottom of the multicooker. Spread it with sauce. Put a second layer of pita bread. Put the minced meat in even layers, sauce and pita bread again. Repeat the layers in this order several times. Sprinkle the top layer of pita bread with the remaining cheese.
  11. Wrap the edges of the cling film on top. Set the slow cooker on “Extinguish” mode and cook for 1 hour.
  12. Without opening the multicooker lid, set the “Baking” mode, cook another 40 minutes.
  13. After ready to open the slow cooker and leave for 1 hour.
