  1. Cut two types of meat into a large cube ~ 4 cm thick.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix 75 ml of olive oil, chopped parsley and cilantro. Also there should be added grated on grated garlic and chopped onions. Sprinkle it all abundantly seasoning for grill. Put the meat in this bowl and put it in fridge all night.

  3. The next day, pull the meat out of the refrigerator and put it on on skewers.

  4. Fry kebab until meat is ready. Serve the dish with fresh vegetables or baked potatoes.
