  1. Cut the meat into identical pieces.
  2. Put the meat in a bowl, salt and pepper. Add sunflower oil and ketchup. Shuffle and leave at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat the pan and put the meat on it.
  4. Fry on all sides and reduce heat to a minimum.
  5. Cover the meat with a lid and simmer for about an hour until the whole evaporates liquid.
  6. Chop the onion into rings and add to the meat 10 minutes before readiness.
  7. Stew under a closed lid.
