  1. Soak gelatin in cold water (100 ml.).

  2. Leek cut into several parts and half, onions – large, carrots – in half. We wash the turkey breast, fill it water (1.25 liters), add vegetables, salt, ground pepper and cook 25-30 minutes on low heat.

  3. Take out the boiled turkey breast and carrots, filter the broth through cheesecloth. Dice the turkey, carrots – circles. The prepared turkey broth is mixed with swollen gelatin and cool a bit.

  4. Cut the boiled egg into 5 circles (the yolk should remain in squirrel). In identical bowls (5 pcs.), Lay out on the bottom in a circle eggs, add a few slices of carrots, a sprig of parsley and pour broth with gelatin. Then spread the turkey breast (1/5 part), green peas (1 tbsp each) and pour broth with gelatin almost to the edges of the bowl.

  5. We cool the beautiful aromatic aspic for about 4 hours until full solidification, then turn the bowls on plates, gently take out the aspic, decorate and immediately serve on the festive table.
