Festive aspic can be cooked at home deliciously not only from meat or fish, but also from mushrooms. To make the dish bright, add a mixture of vegetables (carrots, green peas, broccoli, cauliflower).

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water (¾ cup) and leave.

  2. Bring water (3 cups) to a boil, spread frozen vegetable mixture (slicing carrots, green peas, broccoli inflorescences and cauliflower).

  3. Wash the mushrooms and cut into small slices, send in a broth with vegetables. Cook the workpiece for jellied 10-12 minutes, until vegetables will not become soft. Spread boiled mushrooms with vegetables on a plate, filter the broth, try on salt and pour into it gelatin.

  4. In small rectangular molds (5 pcs.) Lay out champignons, vegetables (inflorescences can be cut in half), twigs parsley, pour cooled aromatic broth with gelatin to the brim and send it to cool for at least 3 hours.

  5. Gently turn the delicious mushroom fillet onto plates, take out, decorate with lemon slices, parsley and immediately serve table.
