Beautiful and delicious aspic from chicken baked in foil breasts, boiled eggs, frozen peas and boiled carrots. To to cook aspic, cook in advance chicken stock at home.

We wash the chicken breast, rub it with salt, wrap in foil and bake at 180 degrees 15 minutes. Cool and chop cubes.

Boil chicken eggs, cool, peel and cut in half.

Boil the carrots until soft, peel and cut into small cubes.

Put the frozen peas in a bowl and leave on the table.

Bring the chicken stock to a boil, cook for 1 minute and try on salt. Add gelatin to the prepared broth, mix and cool.

In tins for muffins or cupcakes (20 pcs.) Pour 2 tbsp. broth with gelatin and send to the freezer until full solidification. When the liquid hardens, send half the eggs cut side down.

Mix thawed peas with chopped carrots. Add the chicken cubes, the vegetable mixture to the eggs and pour the broth with gelatin. We send jellied in the refrigerator for 3 hours to full solidification.

We take out the beautiful fragrant aspic from the molds, put it on plates, decorate with parsley, lemon slices, leftover vegetables mix and immediately serve on the festive table.
