  1. Peeled carrots, celery, onions, fill with water (1 liter), add a cube of fish stock, pepper and simmer 30 minutes. We take out the vegetables and cool (we need only carrots). We dilute gelatin in cold water (100 ml.) And leave.

  2. Cut carp fillet or other fish into small pieces.

  3. We send pieces of fish to the broth, where vegetables were cooked and boil for 5-7 minutes. Pieces carefully removed, the broth filter and add gelatin. Cool broth, boiled carrots cut into thin long slices.

  4. Rectangular deep bread pan lined with food with a film, pour the broth with gelatin and even layers to the bottom of the form put carrot slices (4 rows of 2 slices each), add pieces of boiled carp, on top of a sprig of dill. Fill with broth so repeat again, the last layer will be slices of carrots. We send fragrant jellied in the refrigerator until completely solidified at least 4 hours.

  5. We take out a beautiful, delicious aspic from fish using a film from the form, transfer to a beautiful plate and immediately serve table.
