  1. Let’s start with the broth with which we will fill our eggs. Chicken boil the fillet until cooked, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour a glass of broth from the pan. If it turned out lightly unclear, it can be passed through a sieve.
  2. Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water, mix and leave for 40 minutes (or as indicated on packaging).
  3. While the broth is boiling and the gelatin swells, we will prepare the egg the shell. The eggs are washed properly with soda. From the blunt end with we make a knife holes with a diameter of not more than 2.5 cm. Pour the contents of the eggs, we don’t need it, but we add the shells themselves in a separate container, fill with soda solution (for disinfection) and leave for 20 minutes. Then wash the shell under running water and leave to dry.
  4. Add gelatin to our glass with warm broth.
  5. Cut the sausage and pepper into small cubes so that they are convenient to fold in shell.
  6. Let’s start filling the shell with the filling. For this we have already sliced ​​sausage and pepper, as well as peas, corn and greens. In principle, the filling can be laid out in any order but it is better to place greens along its walls, and put pepper on the bottom. So you get eggs with a bright red top and beautiful leaves of parsley or dill on the sides.
  7. After all the shells are filled with filling, fill them broth with gelatin and put in the refrigerator for the night.
