Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr cleaned from excess fat and finely chopped natural boneless pork cutlets
- Salt
- 2 tbsp. l Chinese rice wine, sake or sherry
- 1.5 tsp finely grated peeled ginger
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1/2 – 1 tsp Sahara
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 eggs of category CO
- 2 tbsp. panko (japanese breadcrumbs)
- 3/4 Art. corn starch
- Peanut butter for frying
- 1/4 Art. tonkatsu sauce (spicy sweet Japanese dip sauce, you can buy in the same place as soy sauce, or cook yourself by mixing 2 tbsp. l ketchup, Worcester sauce and sugar with 1 tbsp. l water)

Recipe preparation:
- Salt the pork. Mix rice wine with a teaspoon of ginger and grease the meat with this mixture. Fold the cutlets in a stack and leave on some time.
