Delicious Japanese Potato Salad (Pote sarada), which it’s easy to cook at home according to my recipe – it’s very satisfying salad, which is somewhat reminiscent of olivier, but still the taste is different! I recommend making the dish in advance, as additional time to soak the salad!

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Boil until readiness in salt water. We think of it a little, but not to a state mashed potatoes. Add rice vinegar and mix, cool.
