  6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, trying to evenly cover her meat. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Put warm steamed rice on a plate. Chop green onions.
  8. Gently spread the omelet on top of the rice and sprinkle it green onions.
