- 1/4 Art. low salt soy sauce
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Finely chopped peeled piece of fresh ginger 0.5 cm.
- 225 gr. noodles left after cooking “Steak hibachi ”
- 2 tbsp. meat and vegetables left after cooking “Steak hibachi ”
- 1 chopped stalk of green onion

Recipe preparation:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the chicken stock to a boil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Put the noodles and cook for a minute. Add beef and vegetables and cook another 2 minutes. Spread the mixture with noodles in 2 bowls and serve hot, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
