Complexity: easy Servings: 2 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 cans (410 ml.) Low in chicken stock salt
  • 1/4 Art. low salt soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Finely chopped peeled piece of fresh ginger 0.5 cm.
  • 225 gr. noodles left after cooking “Steak hibachi ”
  • 2 tbsp. meat and vegetables left after cooking “Steak hibachi ”
  • 1 chopped stalk of green onion

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the chicken stock to a boil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Put the noodles and cook for a minute. Add beef and vegetables and cook another 2 minutes. Spread the mixture with noodles in 2 bowls and serve hot, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
