Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3/4 Art. steamed white rice
- 450 gr canned fried tomato slices
- 450 gr canned red beans, drain and Rinse
- 250 gr grilled chicken meat
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil as well as more for spraying
- 200 gr. smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped, plus leaves for decoration
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1 tsp kajun seasoning

Recipe preparation:
- Heat 2 tbsp. l olive oil in a large pan on moderately high fire. Add sausage and fry, periodically stirring until brown, about 3 minutes. Add celery, onion and bell pepper, season with salt and fry, periodically stirring until vegetables soften, 3 to 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and kajun seasoning and cook, periodically stirring for about 1 min. Add rice and cook another 1 min.
- Add slices of tomatoes and 5 tbsp. water into the pan. Increase temperature and bring to a boil. Reduce the fire, cover cover and simmer until the rice is soft and the sauce thickens, from 10 to 15 min. Put the beans and chicken in a pan and heat, about 1 minute. Put celery leaves on top of each serving and drizzle with olive oil.
