We’ll prepare original and tasty jellied home from slices ham stuffed with boiled eggs and sprigs of parsley. You can make such a snack for any holiday.

  1. We wash the eggs with a sponge, boil for 8-10 minutes, cool, peel and cut each egg into 4 slices (total 12 pcs.).

  2. Bring the chicken stock (if unsalted, salt) to a boil, remove from heat, dissolve gelatin and cool.
  3. Thin slices of ham lubricated with horseradish, on one side add a slice of eggs, a sprig of parsley and turn into rolls.

  4. Put the prepared ham rolls in two deep 6 pcs plates and pour chicken broth with gelatin. Beautiful jellied send to cool for at least 3 hours, and then decorate slices of lemon, carrots, herbs and serve.
