A very unusual recipe for a delicious veal kebab in Italian. This dish has a wonderful flavor of dried tomatoes and fried meat with notes of sage. Definitely worth it try to cook this delicious kebab, and at home you can make in a grill pan.

  1. Rinse the veal, strip it from the veins and cut into portions pieces of size 3 by 3 centimeters.

  2. In a separate bowl you need to mix the following ingredients: oil from jars containing dried tomatoes, seasoning for grilled dishes and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and put pieces there veal. Let the meat marinate for half an hour.

  3. For each piece of meat put on a dried tomato and 2 leaf of sage. Wrap the meat in slices of bacon.

  4. Now the meat needs to be put on skewers, alternating with cocktail tomatoes.

  5. Kebab fry in a well-heated grill pan or on barbecue for 12-15 minutes.
