- First, prepare the dough for the gnocchi. Boil 2 potatoes until tender and mashed them, mashed with a raw egg, salt and add flour so that the dough does not stick to your hands, about 2-3 tablespoons. Knead the elastic dough and let it rest 15-20 minutes.
- We make small balls of 1.5-2 cm from it and cover them film. Such gnocchi can be frozen.
- In a stewpan, we pass the onions with carrots and spread to it potato slices, laurel leaf.
- Fill with 2 liters of water.
- We mix both minced meat, rub half of the onion into it and add half a handful of finely chopped greens. We beat off and knead. We sculpt small balls with a diameter of 1.5-2 cm.
- After boiling the potatoes for 5 minutes, add to the soup meatballs, salt and pepper. Cooking for 8-10 minutes.
- Throw gnocchi into the soup and cook them for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Before turning off the soup, put chopped greens in it and mix. The soup is ready.
