  1. First, prepare the dough for the gnocchi. Boil 2 potatoes until tender and mashed them, mashed with a raw egg, salt and add flour so that the dough does not stick to your hands, about 2-3 tablespoons. Knead the elastic dough and let it rest 15-20 minutes.
  2. We make small balls of 1.5-2 cm from it and cover them film. Such gnocchi can be frozen.

  7. Throw gnocchi into the soup and cook them for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  8. Before turning off the soup, put chopped greens in it and mix. The soup is ready.
