- 120 gr. thinly sliced salami sausage
- 120 gr. thin sliced cooked ham
- 120 gr. sliced thin slices of Mortadella sausage
- 120 gr. sliced thin slices of dried ham Capicolla
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
- 1/4 – 1/2 tbsp. sliced pickled pepper pepperoni (optional)
- 3 plum tomatoes, cut into slices
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano

Recipe preparation:
- Soak the onions in cold water for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the loaf along in half, then take out a piece pulp. Pour the lower half of 2 tbsp. l vinegar and olive oil. Salt and pepper.
