  1. Rinse rabbit meat under running water, dry the meat paper napkins, cut the carcass into pieces.
  2. Chop rosemary, garlic and sage.
  3. Heat a few pans of olive oil in a pan, melt the butter with it.
  4. Place rabbit meat in a pan, sprinkle it with a mixture of garlic and herbs, pepper and salt.
  5. Do not forget to turn the pieces of meat, give the rabbit to brown.
  6. When the meat is browned, pour in the wine.
  7. When the wine is half-full, pour in to the rabbit stock, pan, cover, simmer meat on average fire 45 minutes.
