- Rinse rabbit meat under running water, dry the meat paper napkins, cut the carcass into pieces.
- Chop rosemary, garlic and sage.
- Heat a few pans of olive oil in a pan, melt the butter with it.
- Place rabbit meat in a pan, sprinkle it with a mixture of garlic and herbs, pepper and salt.
- Do not forget to turn the pieces of meat, give the rabbit to brown.
- When the meat is browned, pour in the wine.
- When the wine is half-full, pour in to the rabbit stock, pan, cover, simmer meat on average fire 45 minutes.
