  1. Coarsely chop the vegetables.
  2. Cut lamb into large pieces and fry in olive oil for 10 minutes. Then add onions, carrots, rosemary and garlic, fry another 8 minutes.
  3. Pour 600 ml of boiling water, salt, pepper, add potatoes and simmer under the lid for an hour and a half over low heat.
  4. After add 3 ice cubes, after which the fat rises to surface – you need to remove it with a spoon.
  5. Add greens, bring to a boil and done.
