  1. Cut the meat into cubes, salt, sprinkle with herbs.
  2. Leave to marinate.
  3. Dice all the vegetables, except onion. Cut the onion into rings and chop the garlic finely.
  4. Fry the onions in a large pan, add meat, cabbage, potatoes, celery, bay leaf and pour hot water.
  5. Stir, cook over low heat for about an hour.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
