Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr chicken fillet
  • 4 naan cakes
  • 150 gr. cheese pinir or feta, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp. yogurt without additives
  • 3 tbsp. l tandoori pasta or poultry marinade
  • 1/2 grated cucumber with large holes
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp. coarsely cilantro and / or peppermint, plus more for decoration
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat a roasting pan or oven with grill. Cover 2 sheets for baking foil. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 tbsp. yogurt with pasta tandoori. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper and well mix. Set aside for 10 minutes. Put the grated cucumber with 1/4 tsp. salt in a colander; drain excess fluid.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, squeeze the cucumber with your hands so that remove excess moisture. Mix cucumber with herbs, lemon juice, the remaining 3/4 Art. yogurt and 1 tbsp. l water; salt and pepper.
