  1. Finely chop the ginger root and garlic. Kinzu divided by leaves.
  2. Boil 800 ml of water in a saucepan. As the water boils – put lentils, ginger, garlic and cilantro. Cook until cooked lentils.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add spices and stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Crush boiled lentils in mashed potatoes, add fried spices and lemon juice. Mix well. Salt, pepper to taste. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
