  1. I wash the potatoes well with a sponge.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small slices.
  3. Dip the potato wedges in boiling hot water and cook 3-4 minutes: so the potatoes will become soft inside.
  4. Let the potatoes cool down a bit.
  5. In a bowl, mix the paprika, herbs and universal seasoning with vegetable oil and cooled potatoes.
  6. We spread the potato wedges with the skin down on the greased vegetable oil form.
