Very tasty and at the same time very easy to prepare at home. Hungarian stew dish. Veal is cooked with sour cream sauce and it turns out very tender. Paprika and garlic add to the dish the aroma.

- Cut the meat into small cubes. In a deep pan heat oil and fry meat. Add a small amount broth or water. Add paprika. Cook 10 minutes on a small stirring the meat.
- Peel and chop onions.
- Wash bell peppers, remove seeds, chop coarsely.
- Scald and peel tomatoes. Grate (you can grind in a blender).
- Add onions, peppers and tomatoes to the meat. Mix. Simmer yet 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the garlic through a press and add to sour cream. Mix. Add to the pan to the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put out until ready.
