- Put chopped lard in a pot with a bottom full of bread. Sink it completely, remove the greaves.
- Put chopped onions in a pan with fat, continue to fry with paprika. Then add caraway seeds, mix well.
- After a couple of minutes, add the meat, cut into small pieces. Lightly salt and pepper, simmer for five minutes together.
- Then pour water, so that only covers the meat, cover and simmer over low heat for an hour and a half (if necessary, water to pour).
- Put the diced potatoes into the stew. Pour 2.5 liters of water, bring to a boil.
- Then add pepper, chopped into straws. Cook five more minutes.
- Next, add finely chopped tomatoes and chopped garlic. Cook until the potatoes are cooked for about 15 minutes.
Check for salt, salt if necessary.
