  1. We prepare the ingredients: wash and cut vegetables, clean and chop potatoes and mushrooms.
  2. We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil.
  3. Put cabbage in a frying pan, fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Move the cabbage back in the pan, add the onion, fry it separately, then mix with cabbage.
  5. Move the cabbage and onions, spread the potatoes. fry it 5 minutes until golden brown, mix with cabbage.
  6. Move cabbage with potatoes, spread and fry 2 minutes green beans. Mix again.
  7. Add mushrooms to the mixture and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. We prepare gravy: mix water, salt, pepper and sour cream, well mix until smooth.
  9. Add the gravy to the pan, simmer another 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, as a separate dish, or with a side dish, sprinkled fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
