- We prepare the ingredients: wash and cut vegetables, clean and chop potatoes and mushrooms.
- We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil.
- Put cabbage in a frying pan, fry for 5 minutes.
- Move the cabbage back in the pan, add the onion, fry it separately, then mix with cabbage.
- Move the cabbage and onions, spread the potatoes. fry it 5 minutes until golden brown, mix with cabbage.
- Move cabbage with potatoes, spread and fry 2 minutes green beans. Mix again.
- Add mushrooms to the mixture and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- We prepare gravy: mix water, salt, pepper and sour cream, well mix until smooth.
