- 3 egg whites
- Grill vegetable oil
- 6 potato rolls for hot dogs
- Malt vinegar, mustard or mayonnaise for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Put the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. before until the fish is almost ready. After the fish will cool, with a fork, divide it into small fibers.
- Grind scallops, tarragon, mustard, salt in a blender and egg whites. Mix the resulting mixture with pieces of salmon.
- Divide the mixture into 6 identical parts of 0.33 tbsp. each one. Take a piece of cling film 25-30 cm long and put 1 part mixtures in the center of the film. Cover the mixture with foil on all sides and give it a sausage shape so that the film replaces the sausage shell. Twist the ends of the shell so that the sausage does not collapsed during cooking. Tie the ends or tie them up plastic collar. Repeat and form the remaining sausages.
