Pretzel buns
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1.4 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. l honey
- 1 sachet of dried yeast
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Unsalted butter
- 2 small grated cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp. wheat flour, plus a little topping
- 1 tbsp. baking flour
- 1.2 tbsp. baking soda
- Plain or sea salt for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Cook the cheese sauce. Add to a small saucepan. cheese cubes, milk, pickled jalapeno peppers with brine, Cherry peppers and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes, until the mixture melts.
- Cook the sausages. Preheat the grill pan to moderately high temperature. Fry sausages in a pan, rotating periodically until they fry from all parties. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Cook the Pretzel buns. In a small saucepan heat milk, 1/2 tbsp. water, sugar and honey to about 40C. Pour yeast into the mixture and wait about 10-15 minutes. until those until they dissolve.
- In a separate pan, add butter and garlic and cook over medium heat until the butter has melted and the smell of garlic appears, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix both types of flour and add to the pan with yeast, then add the mixture of butter and garlic. Stir at medium speed, about 5-7 minutes, until a dense, uniform dough is formed, which will be easy to separate from the edges of the pan.
- Prepare two baking sheets with silicone sheets. Put the dough on a chopping board lightly sprinkled with flour and form a ball. Cut it into 4 equal parts, then cut it them in half to get 8 equal parts. Hands roll each piece into a ball and place on the finished sheet. Cover with a towel and leave the dough in a warm place for 12-15 minutes.
