Potatoes
- 2 medium sweet peeled and chopped sweet potatoes 0.5 cm straw.
- 1/2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt
- 1 egg white
Hot Dog
- 4 chicken sausages
- 4 potato buns for hot dogs, cut along and toast
- 2 tbsp. l barbecue sauce, plus some more to serve table
- 2 ears of peeled corn
- 1/4 Art. chopped cucumbers, pre-remove the seeds
- 1/4 Art. chopped orange bell pepper
- 1 lime juice
- 1 tsp Sahara
- Coarse salt
- 2 tbsp. l chopped basil
- 1 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- Cook french fries: place the baking sheet in the oven and heat it to 220 degrees. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, olive oil and 1 tsp. salt.
