  • 450 gr canned black beans “Preto”, drain the liquid and rinse under water
  • 2 tbsp. l mixtures of dried chili peppers
  • 1 tbsp. l light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard

Hot dogs

  • Vegetable oil
  • 8 sausages
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 1/2 medium white sweet onion chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare chili: mix in a saucepan with a thick bottom sauce for barbecue, red and black beans, a mixture of chili peppers, brown sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature and cook at low boil, stirring occasionally, for 10 – 12 min
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausages: heat the grill or grill pan to medium temperature. Lubricate the grill or pan with vegetable oil. Put the sausages on the grill and fry, turning for 10 minutes
  3. Cut the buns in half lengthwise, place the sausages inside and put on top of chili. Serve hot dogs hot, sprinkled with chopped onions.
