- 450 gr canned black beans “Preto”, drain the liquid and rinse under water
- 2 tbsp. l mixtures of dried chili peppers
- 1 tbsp. l light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. l mustard
Hot dogs
- Vegetable oil
- 8 sausages
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1/2 medium white sweet onion chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare chili: mix in a saucepan with a thick bottom sauce for barbecue, red and black beans, a mixture of chili peppers, brown sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature and cook at low boil, stirring occasionally, for 10 – 12 min
- Meanwhile, cook sausages: heat the grill or grill pan to medium temperature. Lubricate the grill or pan with vegetable oil. Put the sausages on the grill and fry, turning for 10 minutes
- Cut the buns in half lengthwise, place the sausages inside and put on top of chili. Serve hot dogs hot, sprinkled with chopped onions.
