Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 pack (340 gr.) Sliced approximately 0.2 cm. Sausages for hot dogs
- 1 tbsp. l canola oil
- 1 diced large onion
- 4 peeled and sliced garlic cloves
- 1.5 tbsp. l chopped fresh ginger
- 1 handful of coarsely grated carrots (optional)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp spice mixes Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp smoked spanish paprika
- 1 diced large tomato
- 2 tbsp. l ketchup
- 1/4 Art. water (if necessary)
- A handful of chopped cilantro leaves
- Pita cake with pocket

Recipe preparation:
- In a large skillet with non-stick coating over medium heat Heat the canola oil until it begins to shine. onions, garlic, ginger, carrots (if used), salt and pepper to taste.
