- 0.5 tbsp. finely chopped pickles
- 0.25 Art. finely chopped marinated yellow pepper rings
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped pimento peppers
- 1 tbsp. l finely chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 tbsp. l finely chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp. l melted butter
- Ketchup and mustard for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Make a side dish: mix apple cider vinegar, sugar, seeds celery and mustard in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook to the consistency of the syrup, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; let cool slightly. Stir in pickles, yellow pepper, pimento, jalapenos and chives. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight. Salt.
- Preheat the grill to medium temperature. Cook sausages on grilling, turning over, 4-5 minutes. Open hot dog buns and fry the cut side down on the grill. Spread buns inside with melted butter and place the cheese inside; give melt it, another 1-2 minutes. Drain the liquid from the side dish.
