- 8 sausages

- Hot Dog Buns
- Homemade pickled cucumber sauce (recipe included)
- 1.5 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seed
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 8 large finely chopped cucumbers pickled with dill (in sour or non-sour marinade)
- 1 small baked, finely chopped, peeled and red bell pepper seed
- 1 small baked, finely chopped, peeled and seed yellow bell pepper
- 1 small finely chopped white onion
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh dill

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the grill to maximum. Bake sausages until they will not get a golden brown tint on both sides. Put each sausage in a hot dog bun, add on top your favorite mustard and homemade pickled cucumber sauce.

Homemade pickled cucumber sauce (vegetable caviar)
Place a non-deformable pan when cooked medium size. Mix vinegar, mustard seeds and seeds in it coriander. Place the pan on the grill rack. Cook before moment until the mixture is reduced by half and becomes thicker. Remove pan from heat, add remaining ingredients and stir contents until everything is saturated with vinegar sauce, mustard seeds and coriander seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover the sauce and refrigerate at least an hour before serve to the table.
