- 3 tbsp. l finely chopped red onions
- 2 tbsp. l canola oil
- 3 tbsp. l freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 large, finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 lime squeezed into juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Salsa sauce
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 4 tbsp. l canola oil
- 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked jalapeni peppers in adobo sauce, crushed in mashed potatoes
- 3 tbsp. l finely chopped red onions
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Hot dogs
- 8 beef, turkey or chicken sausages
- 8 hot dog buns cut 3/4 full length
- 1.5 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
- 8 thinly sliced pickled jalapenos
- Coarsely Chipped Corn Chips

Recipe preparation:
- Make guacamole sauce. Gently mix in a bowl. avocado, jalapenos, onions, lime juice, oil and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
