Hot Crab Dip Sauce

In this dipping appetizer, tender crab meat blends harmoniously with creamy cream cheese and sour cream sauce.   • 350 gr fresh crab meat, sort and dry
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • 2-3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Whole grain serving crackers, optional

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized pan, combine cream cheese, sour cream, spicy sauce, seasoning for crab and garlic until smooth masses; salt and pepper to taste. Heat the cheese mixture on moderately low heat, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes, until she becomes warm. Stir in crab meat, chives, parsley and lemon juice and warm for another 1 minute.
