Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven in grill mode. Fry the bacon in a pan at medium temperature, until crisp, about 10 min Transfer to paper towels and drain excess fat. Leave in a pan 1 tbsp. l melted fat, the rest pour out.
- Prepare the sauce: add onions to the pan and fry, stirring until soft, about 3 minutes. Add flour and stir fry for another 1 min. To increase the temperature to moderately high, pour in milk, chicken stock and stirring constantly to bring to a boil. Reduce temperature to moderately low and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens a little, about 6 minutes. Take off from the stove and mix 1 tbsp. cheese. Salt and pepper.
- Spread white bread with mustard and put on a baking sheet. Then pour a little sauce and put the tomatoes on top.
