- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Wash the meat, wipe with a paper towel (to remove excess moisture), cut into pieces, fill with cold water (2.5 l) and put on stove. When foam is formed, remove it with a slotted spoon. Cook the broth on low heat for about 2 hours.
