If you are not yet an experienced “rollercoaster”, I advise you to start with this recipe! Hosomaki – the easiest roll to make at home, but nevertheless very tasty, you can put in the filling of the roll anything from red fish to one avocado.

- Rinse the rice well under running water until the water becomes transparent.
- Cook the rice over low heat for 17 minutes with the lid closed.
- Mix rice vinegar, salt and sugar, heat this mixture in in the oven so that the sugar dissolves in the rice.
- We put the cooked rice on a plate, let it cool and pour vinegar dressing, mix.
